Today, the tradition continues with Willet Pot Still Reserve Bourbon.
Willet Pot Still Reserve is aged in new American white oak barrels charred on the inside, no less than 8-10 years. Each bottle is numbered by hand, indicating the barrel it comes from (Single Barrel).
Scent: It's like a "vanilla lemon cake" with lemon and orange peel that give it a light fruity aroma.
Palate: It's a balance of caramel, vanilla, warm spices like pepper and clove, and citrus.
Finish : rich toffee. Some touches of floral oak that soften the whole.
