Sol Tarasco 8 years is made from Mexican sugar cane grown in the red volcanic soil at an altitude of more than 1,270 meters above sea level. It is made with traditional methods, distilled in a copper still and then matured in selected ex-bourbon and ex-Spanish sherry barrels for at least 8 years. No added sugar.

Aroma : vanilla, toasted oak, dried fruits
Palate : dry and explosive. Clear notes of toasted oak, vanilla and spices.
Finish : long and persistent.
