This unique single malt is aged in Mizunara oak barrels. Mizunara oak or “water oak” is known for its rarity and the difficulty of working it into barrels. The “spirits” aged in this type of oak obtain unique and original flavors.
Aging takes place in Tottori Prefecture in a natural environment where the temperature varies drastically from season to season. It is then diluted with high quality natural spring water from Mont Daisen.
It is a masterpiece made with heart and passion by the Matsui team.
