Tasting Note: It is a very complex, round and balanced wine. It has needed a lot of time in the bottle to express itself and it still has a long way to go. This wine tries to capture the essence of Grenache in these terroirs, with dryland vineyards over sixty years old, in the most natural and respectful way possible. Medium-high layer of cherry cherry color. Varietal nose with nuances of scrubland, licorice, minerality, and lots of fruitiness. In the mouth it is broad, tasty and with a very long aftertaste, where the mineral and balsamic Grenache characteristic of our area appears.
