The Asahikawa Distillery proudly distills this unique gin on the northern island of Hokkaido in Japan. The main botanicals (green bitter orange peel, coriander, licorice and angelica root) are macerated for more than 24 hours in neutral cane alcohol distilled thanks to a swan-neck copper still at 83% alcohol volume . It is then diluted to 43% with water from the Taisetsu Mountains and filtered through charcoal to obtain optimal purity.
