Tasting Note: Ciencuevas Tempranillo 6 is a semi-aged Rioja red wine made with a selection of the best Tempranillo grapes from our partners. Once the must has been transformed into wine, it is racked into oak barrels where it matures for 6 months. After bottling, it is refined in the bottle for another 6 months to obtain a full and fresh wine. In the visual aspect, the intense cherry red and violet color stands out, which then conveys to the nose an intense aroma of ripe grapes with hints of grape harvest and fruit compote, leaving in the mouth memories of raisins and licorice as well as a sensation of balance between fruit and wood. All these qualities give us a sweet finish in the mouth.
It can be stored, always in good conditions, but its ideal moment is in the months following bottling to enjoy all its intensity and fruit. Very suitable to accompany vegetables and grilled or grilled meats. Always take at a temperature below room temperature if it is high.
