For a quarter of a century, the casks of this Scottish single malt breathed the invigorating sea air of the Caithness coast. In the darkness of the distillery warehouse, the “spirit” softens to a steady rhythm, echoing the calming rhythm of its port of origin.
Aged first in American oak, to later provide it with color and depth thanks to the Spanish oak barrels. Elegant and charismatic.
Color : glowing bronze.
Aroma : ripe and fragrant with intense spices and notes of dark chocolate.
Palate : Dark chocolate and creamy vanilla with hints of toffee, followed by a long, spicy finish.
