In this version of "The Matsui" great care is taken during the selection of malted barley. The master distiller believes that grain quality has a strong impact on the distillation, aging and complexity of the final product.
Aged in American oak in the Tottori prefecture in a natural environment very favorable for good aging. It is then diluted with high quality natural spring water from Mont Daisen.
'The Peated' conveys sweet and fruity flavors with a smoky finish. A masterpiece made with care and passion!
