Tasting Note: The primary aromas of Garnacha Tintorera and Syrah are clearly present on the nose. 50% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. This produces smoky tones and an aroma reminiscent of coffee with milk. With a stay in barrel of 4 months. Oak gives the wine better structure, softer tannins and at the same time more power in the mouth with a pleasant aftertaste. Meats, roasts, cheeses and typically Mediterranean dishes.
