Tasting Notes: Intense cherry cherry color with a medium layer. On the nose, aromas of plum, orange peel, eucalyptus, leather, slate, light caramel notes thanks to aging in wood. In the mouth it is silky, delicate, persistent, with very sharp tannins. Ideal to accompany typical dishes of Mediterranean cuisine. Rice with white meats, medium-cured cheeses, pasta dishes.
