Aging: This is a very balanced wine, fresh and fruity due to its passage through the vat and complex and spicy due to the contributions of the wood. Of an intense cherry red color and with faint violet notes, on the nose you can see aromas of ripe fruits very well combined with the aging in wood. In the mouth it is powerful, with a long finish and balanced acidity. Soft and silky tannins, typical of its passage through a clay jar, which fill the palate with interesting sensations. Ideal for red meats and stews. Own vineyards over 50 years old, located between 750 and 1,000 meters in Paraje del Arbol. 6 months in centuries-old clay jars. 24 months in new French oak barrels.
