Tasting Note: Cherry red red wine with a violet rim and some reddish reflections. The nose is concentrated and announces complexity: cosmetic notes appear seasoned with ripe black fruit (currants and cassis).
Fine leatherwork contrasts with the contained sweetness of spices such as cinnamon and subtle vanilla. As a counterpoint we find some elegant touches of black olives. In the mouth it has a strong entry with a flavor of stewed fruit balanced with its good acidity and sapid flavors reminiscent of paprika, saffron and bay leaves.
It has volume and structure, with a leading but polished tannin and notable persistence. Artisanal production limited to 5000 bottles.
