Tasting Note: It presents a garnet red with a medium intensity layer, clean and bright, ruby rim with very slight evolution, complex and constantly evolving nose, red fruit well seasoned by the notes of a quality barrel, cherries and currants surrounded by Vanilla and toffee, a fresh and elegant palate, medium weight, very fruity and balanced, almost imperceptible tannicity, good acidity/alcohol balance that invites another drink, long and pleasant aftertaste. Pairs well with medium-cured cheeses, creamy rice, sautéed mushrooms, stewed blue fish and grilled red meats.
