Tasting Note: Bright raspberry color. Floral aroma like rose, fruity strawberry and persistent raspberry. Slate aromas faithful to its terrain of origin. In the mouth it is silky, light and fresh. Thanks to its richness, it can be accompanied with a wide variety of dishes, from medium-cured sausages such as loin, a fresh or semi-cured cheese and with smoked or salted fish.
