A Rum of excellent quality that has been chosen as a symbol of tradition. It has a bright moderate amber color, acquired by the aging process of up to 10 years in oak barrels. After aging it is mixed and homogenized to allow the flavors and aromas to enrich and soften until the perfect balance is achieved.
In the tasting, aromas of caramel, cane juice and citrus are initially revealed, and then evolve to smoky and soft notes of oak and coffee. When taking it, initially we find a sweet, full-bodied flavor that reminds us of its aroma, and leaves us with an intermediate and lingering flavor in the mouth that is very pleasant to the palate.
Color : moderately bright amber.

Flavor : initially we find flavors of honey and a lot of body. It reminds us of its aroma, and leaves us with remaining notes of toasted oak and soft ripe fruits that are pleasant to the palate.
