In the mouth it is fruity, dry, with good acidity, very broad, it fills your mouth with nuances and leaves you with a very pleasant final sensation, of great persistence. Aged on its fine lees until bottling. Ideal to accompany fish, white meats, pastas, cheeses and desserts.
