Tasting Note: Organic High Altitude Crianza Wine, made with grapes grown in fragile soils of low fertility. In the winery we separate and pamper the organic fruits to obtain a ripe, structured and warm wine. Aromas of jam of very ripe red fruits and vanilla. Voluptuous, unctuous and persistent body with round and very marked tannins that will become more nuanced with the passage of time and that reveal its virtue for aging.
Intense garnet red color with ruby tones on the edge and a very high central layer. The nose presents a wide range of fruity aromas, notes of vanilla, roasted notes and a final note of red fruit jam. In the mouth, its robustness, structure and warmth at the entrance stand out. It presents fruity tannins that remind us of ripe fruits in syrup. Persistent finish of red fruits and licorice.
