Tasting note: Golden yellow in color. The nose brings us sweet, floral and citrus aromas with notes of cinnamon. In the mouth it is dry. Memories of bitter citrus fruits (grapefruit) and aromatic plants stand out, with good length and characteristic nuances of our distillate.
Pairing: Salted foods, pickles, preserves and/or spicy or spicy foods.
