Tasting Note: Organic Red Oak from the Garnacha Tintorera grape, the vinification of this wine is carried out partly in 500 liter French oak barrels, remaining in contact with the fine lees to obtain greater softness and sweetness in the tannins and the other part in a 1500 liter ovoid where its fruit aromas are refined and accentuates the fatty character in the mouth, giving it softness. It has an intense violet color, aroma of ripe red fruits with balsamic and saline notes, and toasted oak notes. Soft on the palate, with balanced acidity, sweet and tasty tannins. Fresh and very versatile wine that goes well with all types of dishes.
