Tasting Note: Grown on slate soils, it has touches of continental climate, subtle aromas and flavors, with a marked mineral character. To the eye it is bright, pale lemon in color and with steely highlights, with a layer of medium intensity. Its aroma has a marked fruity character, with a nose scented with citrus and green apple, banana, plums, grapefruit and a light floral background. On the palate it is refreshing, with mineral acidity and high intensity in the mouth, with a tasty, warm palate, with fresh acidity and long persistence. An excellent companion to mollusks and seafood, also perfect to pair with light tapas and salads.
