Tasting Note: Greenish yellow with bright greenish reflections, very attractive. The nose is powerful, where balsamic aromas predominate, with herbaceous notes and a background of woody fruit (Peach – Pineapple), tasty, balanced, fresh and persistent with a long aftertaste that returns a flood of fruit to the mouth. Seafood, fatty fish or fish stews, rice, white meats, oriental and fusion cuisine.
