Tasting Note: At first glance it has garnet colors with cherry tones on the edge and an intense layer. On the nose, subtle aromas of spices such as vanilla and paprika are detected, which finally lead us to smells such as syrup, cinnamon and scrubland. The barrel perfectly assembles the varietal vegetal nuance with elegant toasted notes. In the mouth it is silky with a broad and persistent body and with warm and sweet tannins. Memories of very ripe red fruit with a very sweet compote finish that invites us to repeat the sip. Pilares de Ciencuevas Garnacha is a balanced, fruity and sweet wine, a worthy representative of the wines that have been made in our area for centuries. By maturing it in the winery we achieve a perfect blend of the varietal vegetal nuance and mature tannins, an intense garnet color and a delicate and spacious mouthfeel. We recommend tasting it with all types of dishes, appetizers and starters.
