Tasting Note: The color is more open than usual in Toro, among other things due to the short and early macerations, along with the use of cold during vinification. Dark cherry red, youthful bluish tones. Clean and bright. Good intensity. Balsamic aromas appear that recall pine forests, cedars, licorice. Fruit, blackberry, cassis, raspberry, blueberries, black plums, sour cherries. Fresh aromas. Accompaniment to the barrel, not very evident, with sweet and spicy notes. The wine has a long history and good evolution in the glass. The attack is gentle, glyceric. Lively, with good structure that is felt during its passage through the mouth. Acidity and bitterness that round out the drink. Pleasant retronasal that invites a second sip.
