Macerated with Valencian clementines and distilled in traditional copper stills. Valencia clementines are organically produced, that is, they are not treated with any chemical synthesis product, they ripen in the sun naturally and are harvested at their optimal ripening point.
To complete the organoleptic profile of ClemenGin, different botanical species are incorporated into the maceration, among which juniper and coriander stand out.
It is redistilled to obtain a smooth and light gin in the purest London Dry Gin style, but with the Mediterranean personality that gives it, both on the nose and in the mouth, its citrus freshness.
