This classic gin is made through a process that involves 14 botanicals (one of them secret) and is distilled at Langley Distillery (cult distillery in London), using two small stills, both distilling and working Independently, the fusion of the two distillations gives rise to a unique gin, rich in nuances and of exceptional quality.
Only a small part of the distillation (Small Batch), the one with the highest purity, is selected, discarding the rest. After the fourth distillation, the Spirit is infused with the 14 botanicals (each of them individually) and then distilled one last time. The water used in the production comes from an ancient aquifer located on the outskirts of London. This spring differs from the rest in that most of its water comes from rain, it is filtered through a basalt rock.
The Botanical's is a dry gin, very pleasant and aromatized, balanced, fresh. With floral and citrus memories and a nutmeg finish.
It is very elegant in the mouth and balanced, an excellent gin that will delight the most demanding palates.
