Brecon Botanical Gin, like its counterpart, is made at the Penderyn distillery and uses its own recipe that combines a specially selected range of botanicals from the four corners of the world, the best pure grain spirit and the water from the Brecon Beacons National Park, resulting in a crisp, fresh and exceptionally smooth super premium gin.
Nose : aromas of soft juniper and fresh herbs. Citrus hints: orange and lemon peel. Finally accompanied by aromas of saffron.
Palate : Herbaceous flavors appear on the palate, with tones of earthy juniper and oriental spices. Among the spicy flavors, bergamot, clove and cinnamon stand out.
Finish : cassia bark and saffron, accompanied by those spicy touches, persist at the end.
