Brecon gin is made and bottled at the “Penderyn” Distillery. To do this, it uses botanical ingredients from the four corners of the world and also uses spring water from the Brecon Beacons National Park (from which it takes its name). Its recipe contains: juniper berries, orange peel, cassia bark, licorice root, cinnamon bark, angelica root, ground nutmeg, coriander seeds, lemon peel and Orris root powder.
Brecon Gin presents spicy aromas where nutmeg, coriander and juniper stand out, all accompanied by a subtle fresh and citrus fragrance. In the mouth it presents itself as a traditional gin, full of coriander, nutmeg and bursts of cinnamon.
