The town's rum The oldest liquor store in the country dating back to 1852. History says that it was Don Diego Bermúdez, companion of Admiral Christopher Columbus, who brought sugar cane from Spain.
Bermudez Añejo Selecto is an aged Dominican rum with great character, ideal for mixing. Aged in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, up to seven years, in the oldest aging cellars in the Dominican Republic. The result, a rum with prominent notes of vanilla and caramelized molasses.
Color : amber and sparkling.
Aroma : chocolate and a little nutty.
Palate : very smooth, with a large amount of toffé, malt and notes of vanilla.
