Kiyomi means "pure beauty" in Japanese.
This rum was carefully crafted in the city of Nago, Okinawa, at the Helios distillery, by distilling molasses extracted from local sugar cane in a column still. Its production is in fact very limited.
The result is a clean, crisp, very aromatic and easy-to-drink drink, which adapts its use to any type of classic cocktail such as the Cuba Libre, Mojito or Daiquiri.
Light color .
Aroma : very exotic aromatic profile, with pineapple aromas and light smoky touches.
Palate : round and powerful with a sweet touch.
Finish : notes of white pepper and a long finish.
