Tasting Note: Made with Monastrell and Syrah grapes, with a long maceration at 25º C, spending six months in French oak barrels, coming to the market after maturing for 6 months in the bottle. Bright cherry red color, the nose displays a pleasant sensation of ripe fruit on a light background of oak, long, intense, balanced with a broad and complex finish. Suitable for cheeses, all types of meats, legumes and rice.
